Payments & Return policy

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Paypal or Mollie that use SSL encryption.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening and all are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. If however you purchased our products and did not use/opened/ or streamed the product in our online learning system, you can request a refund within 14 days after purchase date.

Price changes
Changing product prices will occur without notice. If the price of a product has been decreased within 48 hours of the original purchase of this product an iNET ZERO store voucher will be given for the price difference. This iNET ZERO store voucher does not apply when you received a special (promotional) deal or any other type of discount. This voucher can be used for another iNET ZERO store purchase and will expire within three months after the date of the original purchase and is not extendable. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Electronic products
All purchases of electronic products including but not limited to online digital workbooks are final and non-refundable. It’s not allowed to make the purchases available for third parties unless iNET ZERO has agreed upon writing. It’s forbidden to copy or distribute any of the purchases, therefore all electronic products are foreseen with visible and unvisible non removable watermarks. All our products are for personal non commercial use only.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact info@inetzero.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Member account 
Using any of our iNET ZERO services requires you to complete the registration form by providing us with current, accurate and complete information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iNET ZERO account. For this reason you are also responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You will notify iNET ZERO immediately when any unauthorized use of your account took place. iNET ZERO cannot be held accountable for any loss or costs that you may occur as a result of unauthorized use of your account, with or without your knowledge. Using somebody else’s iNET ZERO account is forbidden at any time.

All iNETZERO subscription fees must be paid via credit card only. Discounts and other promotional offers may only be valid for initial term. iNETZERO may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided that iNETZERO provides notice at least 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the iNETZERO subscription. iNETZERO may terminate the subscription and these terms if unable to renew the subscription due to any issue with credit card processing, including but not limited to inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

iNETZERO will consider and act upon complaints if send to complaints@inetzero.com

Electronic communication

In the event that the customer/client and iNETZERO engage in communication through electronic means, including (without limitation) email and other forms of data transmission, both parties shall adopt standard means of virus protection.

Neither party shall be liable vis-à-vis the other party for any damage resulting from the transmission of viruses and/or other irregularities in electronic communication, and/or for messages or data, which are not received or received in non-correct or damaged format.

The transmission of emails and other forms of data transmission shall be non- encrypted unless the client, with respect to any specific message, has requested the usage of encryption means currently in use with iNETZERO.

Rack rental services
Vouchers

Rack rental vouchers purchased in our online store are valid for one year starting on the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused voucher bundles are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 14 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, send an email to order@inetzero.com

Note: promotional / FREE rack rental vouchers are valid for 4 months

Cancellation / Reschedule

You are able to cancel or reschedule a scheduled rack rental session up to 96 hours prior to its start time via the rack rental system. The used rack rental voucher will become available again so you can use this to reschedule your session at your convenience. Cancellation within 96 hours prior to its start time is ineligible for rack rental vouchers refunds.

Rack rental issues

No warranty is given or liability is incurred by iNET ZERO related to accessing our equipment during the rental period (connectivity related issues). Credit related to iNET ZERO’s equipment failure or rack access problems may be given at the discretion of iNET ZERO depending on the nature of the problem. Rack rental issues need to be sent to racksupport@inetzero.com at the moment they occur.

Cancellation or rescheduling by iNET ZERO

iNET ZERO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rack rental session at any given time. iNET ZERO cannot be held accountable for any lost expenses related to the cancelled rack rental session(s). After cancellation by iNET ZERO we will provide you with a rack rental voucher to reschedule your session.

We reserve the right to adjust the physical topology, the number of devices and the software version of our racks without prior notice.
